  • What is the Shopper program?
    The Shopper program is a special way for us to give back and say thank you to our guests. There is no card to get the sales price and you never have to clip paper coupons again. With !RetailerName! you get exclusive sale informaiton, thank you gifts, surprise discounts at the register and rewards just for shopping at !RetailerName!.
  • How do I become a member of the Shopper Program?
    There are two easy ways to become a member:

    1. Sign up at the register. Tell the checker that you would like to become a Shopper member, give the checker your phone number and then go home and complete your profile online at http://stokesmarket.com/rewards.

    2. Sign up at the service desk- simply fill out a brochure or talk to our helpful and friendly staff.
  • Do I have to be a Shopper member to shop in the store and get your everyday sale prices?
    No you do not. The Shopper program is just a benefit, not a requirement. You are guaranteed to get our everyday low sale prices every time you walk into our stores, whether you are a Shopper member or not.
  • Is Shopper available at all stores?
    Shopper is currently available at Salem, Anaconda, Butte and Burley locations.
  • What personal information will be requested and required to sign up?
    You will be asked to share your name, phone number, email, address, birthdate and a few interests. Stokes Market and Associated Food Stores are the only parties that have access to your personal information. At no time will we share this information with other parties.
  • I don’t have access to a computer, how can I register?
    If you do not have access to a computer at home, visit the service desk and they will be happy to help you.
  • How many emails will I receive each week if I sign up for Shopper?
    As a member of the program you will receive one email per week with sale items and other promotions. You will periodically receive other emails making you aware of special time sensitive sales, events or recall info. You will also receive an email any time you earn a Shopper offer.
  • Can each family member have their own Shopper account?
    Yes, each family member can be a Shopper member. The best way to do this is sign up one family member, the person that will be the primary account holder. Then go online to http://stokesmarket.com/rewards and add other family members to the account under secondary users. Each secondary user must have an individual phone number.
  • How many Shopper cards do I get when I sign up?
    When signing up you will not receive a card because the Shopper program does not have a physical card. If you sign up for the program at the checkstand you will be given a temporary registration card that can be thrown away once your profile has been completed at http://stokesmarket.com/rewards.
  • How does the Shopper Points program work?
    Shopper Points is an ongoing program that is run monthly. You will accumulate Shopper Points each month and then have two weeks to redeed your points. Every dollar spent equals one point. This excludes the purchase of prescriptions, fuel, money orders, gift cards, etc. Wallet credits will be awarded based on poitns earned. For every 100 points earned you will receive $1.00 at the beginning of every month. Maximum earnings each month is $15.00. At the start of each month, you will receive an email with your wallet credit earned for the previous month. Be sure to give us your current email address so you won't miss out!
  • What is Shopper wallet credit?
    Wallet credit is also known as in-store credit.
  • How can I see my wallet credit?
    There are many ways that you can see your wallet credit balance.
    • Your cashier can tell you each time you shop, once your phone number is entered.
    • Look at the bottom of your receipt – there is an up-to-date balance.
    • Go online at http://stokesmarket.com/rewards and view your balance.
    • Log into your account with your smartphone- this also works really well on your iPad, Kindle Fire, etc.
  • Can I “cash out” my Shopper wallet credit?
    Think of your Shopper wallet credit as your own in-store credit account. You cannot be given cash from the account, but you can spend your balance on anything in the store except tobacco, alcohol, money orders, fuel, gift cards and prescriptions.
  • What can I spend my Shopper wallet credit on?
    Your Shopper wallet credit can be spent on anything in the store except tobacco, alcohol, money orders, fuel, gift cards and prescriptions.
  • Can I use a portion of my Shopper wallet credit, or do I need to spend it all at one time?
    You can spend the wallet credit all at one time or just a little at a time. It’s your choice and under your control. Please note that some wallet credits have expiration dates. Make sure you have your email in your profile to receive notification of wallet credit.
  • When I redeem my Shopper offers or my wallet credit, why do I have to show ID?
    For your protection we require ID when redeeming your wallet credit. That way, no one can use their neighbor’s phone number and redeem their neighbor’s balance.
  • How do I complete my online profile?
    To complete your Shopper profile follow these simple steps:

    1. Once you are enrolled at the store, go to http://stokesmarket.com/rewards.
    2. Select “continue” in the bottom right corner Registration box and follow prompts.

    3. You will receive an email with username and temporary password.
    4. Log in with information contained in email.
    5. Update temporary password.
    6. Your Shopper profile is now complete.
  • How do I use my Shopper online profile?
    Are you aware of all the offers and exciting deals you can take advantage of when using your Stokes Rewards program? On the Stokes Rewards website you will find how many points you have earned, digital coupons you can add to your account, manage your account preferences and donate to nonprofit organizations.
    Once you are logged in you will see the screen below. It will list your wallet credit, points and coupon savings on the right side of the page. It will also list the newest digital coupons available to you.

    If you are interested in any of the coupons offered you will need to add them to your PLUS Rewards account. If you are interested in the coupon click the “Save to Wallet” button and now it will be available when you visit the store. For more information about coupon click “Details”. See screenshot below.

    In the “Account” tab you can view or change anything pertaining to your PLUS Rewards account. You can also see your wallet credit, point balance, redeemed coupons, and receipts. See options below.

    In the “Nonprofits” tab, you can link your account to a nonprofit organization. When you are linked to an organization they will receive a percentage of your purchases. To link your account click “select” by the organization you would like to support.
